We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, store credit, or exchange for another product within returned within 14 days of the receipt of the item. International customers making returns are responsible for all shipping costs.
An RA (Returns Authorisation) number is required for all returns in order for us to track and properly credit your return. Please contact us prior to returning your item and we will issue you with an RA number.
All vinyl & media sales are final, returns are not accepted. If you receive a record that appears to have been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately.
- Unless you are returning a defective item, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Only after we receive the returned item, will we ship the replacement.
- When shipping your item back, please use a traceable service. We are not responsible for lost packages.
